4th International Conference on the Globalization of Collective Litigation

Approximately 60 practitioners and academics from South and North America, Europe and Australia met at Florida International University Law School in Miami on Dec. 10 – 11, 2010 to share information, perspectives and research plans regarding class actions and other forms of collective litigation.
